Notification center
The notification center surfaces system events so you know when a long-running action finishes or a workspace event needs attention.

What appears
Section titled “What appears”System events generated by Wiggli:
- Saved filter completion
- Bulk export ready for download
- Bulk reveal completed (with credits-used summary)
- AI Co-pilot column finished processing
- User invitation accepted

What doesn’t appear
Section titled “What doesn’t appear”Campaign replies do not surface here. They arrive in your connected inbox: Gmail or Outlook for email, your LinkedIn inbox, WhatsApp on your phone. This is intentional. Replies belong in the inbox you live in.
Open notifications
Section titled “Open notifications”- Click the bell icon (top right).
- The panel slides out with recent notifications.
- Click a notification to jump to its context (e.g. the export notification to download the file).
Mark as read
Section titled “Mark as read”Click a notification to mark it read, or Mark all as read to clear the badges.
Preferences
Section titled “Preferences”- Go to
Settings, Notification. - Toggle each type on or off. [GAP: confirm whether per-channel preferences exist, in-app vs email digest.]

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Nothing appearing. Check
Settings, Notification; confirm the type is on. - Bell never shows a dot. Either no recent events, or notifications are disabled.
- Looking for a campaign reply. Check your connected inbox. Replies don’t appear in Wiggli.
- Clicked, nothing happens. Some notifications are informational; others link to a project, campaign, or settings page.
