Section titled “Verification”The filter row shows tags for each extracted criterion. Results resemble the reference profile’s work history, skills, and seniority.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- “Could not parse the document.” Heavy graphics or unusual layouts can fail. Plain-layout PDFs work best.
- Extracted criteria wrong. Edit the filter tags directly. Parsing is a starting point.
- Too unfocused. The CV may list too many skills. Keep only the role-critical ones.
- Too few results. The reference may be too unique. Widen the radius or drop the industry filter.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Use a CV that represents your ideal candidate, not just an average employee.
- For team expansion, use your top performer’s CV as the reference.
- Upload, then adjust manually. Lower the experience minimum if you want junior versions of the same profile.
- Save the result as a Saved Filter to re-run as new profiles appear.
