Verification
Section titled “Verification”The account shows Connected. A WhatsApp step can be added to a campaign. Daily limits show in the builder when you add WhatsApp steps.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Connection drops. WhatsApp limits active linked sessions. Reconnect from Settings.
- Limits feel low. New accounts use lower warm-up caps for 14 days. See LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach limits.
- Messages going out in bursts. They shouldn’t. Wiggli paces sends with a 20-60 second gap by default.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- WhatsApp lands best as a follow-up after a candidate has shown interest, not a cold first touch.
- It’s a high-trust channel. A poorly targeted WhatsApp message damages reputation faster than a poorly targeted email.
- Pick the number that matches how you work. Some recruiters connect the WhatsApp on their personal phone; others use a separate work phone with its own WhatsApp number for business contacts. Both work. The trade-off: candidates reply on whichever number you connect, so connect the one you actually want to be reachable on.
- Replies arrive in WhatsApp on your phone, on the same number you connected.
