Create a project and add candidates

A project holding your shortlisted candidates with full profile data, ready for AI Co-pilot screening and outreach.

CLIENT-ONLY · How-To

A project containing your shortlist, with each candidate’s full profile data attached and refreshed.

  • An available project slot (Explorer 1, Hunter 3 per user, Strategist and Oracle unlimited)
  1. Click Projects in the left navigation.
  2. Click Create project.
  3. Name it clearly: vacancy, campaign, or client plus role.
  4. Set the project visibility. Public makes it visible to the whole workspace, Private keeps it to you, or invite specific members.
  5. Configure the two project options (see below).
  6. Click Create.

Two toggles appear when creating a project. They control how Wiggli treats profile data inside the project, and they affect credits.

  • Real-time candidate data. On by default. When enabled, Wiggli pulls the most up-to-date version of each profile as it’s added to the project, refreshed from the live data sources rather than the indexed search result. Search results can be a few weeks old; this toggle ensures you’re working with current data. It does not cost credits. Keep it on unless you have a specific reason not to.
  • Auto-enrich contacts. Off by default. When enabled, every profile added to the project automatically triggers a contact reveal (email + phone waterfall) without you clicking anything. This does cost credits, and at bulk-add scale it adds up fast: adding 200 profiles with auto-enrich on can burn through hundreds of credits in seconds. Leave it off unless you specifically want every profile enriched and you’ve planned the credit spend.

The safe default is real-time data ON, auto-enrich OFF.

  1. Run a search.
  2. Select candidates with the checkboxes (up to 200 at a time).
  3. Click Add to project in the bulk action bar.
  4. Choose the project and confirm.
  1. Open a profile.
  2. Click Add to project and choose the project.

Open the project. Added candidates appear as rows with full profile data, refreshed automatically on add.

  • Project slot limit reached. Upgrade, or archive an existing project.
  • Per-project candidate cap reached. Hunter caps at 500 per project, Strategist and Oracle at 1,000. Split if needed.
  • Profile already in another project. Allowed. It lives in both independently.
  • Looking for a search bar inside the project? Searches always launch from the search dashboard; the project is where results land. Run the search there and use Add to project.
  • New candidates not visible. Refresh the project view.
  • One project per vacancy or campaign. Mixing roles makes Intelligence Columns (the yes/no/unclear columns the Co-pilot adds) less reliable, because the same question rarely applies cleanly to two different roles.
  • Name projects so the goal is obvious later (e.g. “Senior FE Dev, ACME, Nov”).
