Company Insights: hiring, attrition, talent flow

Hiring activity, attrition, talent flow, and workforce trends for any company in the database, turning recruiter searches into market intelligence.

PUBLIC · Feature Overview

Think of Company Insights as the market-research subscription you didn’t have to buy separately. It’s especially useful if you do business development alongside recruitment, or if you want to walk into a client meeting with data they don’t have themselves.

A recruiter chasing a candidate is half the story. The other half is the company: who’s hiring, who’s losing talent, who’s growing in your market. That intelligence usually needs a separate research subscription and hours of LinkedIn detective work.

Wiggli surfaces it directly. Sourcing for a fintech role in Berlin? See which fintechs are hiring backend talent now, which lost their VP of Engineering last quarter, and which are pulling people from competitors. The same data tells a BD team where to focus and a recruiter where to find people likely to be open.

Company Insights aggregate public employment data across 70M+ company profiles, refreshed continuously. You can open them from anywhere a company appears: click a company in a candidate’s work experience, skim the short summary card, and hit more details for the full picture. For each company you can see:

  • Industry classification and company summary
  • Workforce growth or decrease over time
  • Workforce by role
  • Attrition, retention, and accretion trends
  • Talent inflow (who’s losing people to this company)
  • Talent outflow (who this company loses people to)
  • Top schools as a talent source
  • Talent likely to switch, and talent open to work, at this company
  • Funding history

Recruiters use it two ways: find candidates strategically (companies with high attrition or recent layoffs have more open-to-outreach people), and prep before approaching a client (walk in knowing their hiring trends and where their talent goes).

Insights describe the company globally, across all its locations. For a multinational, read the numbers as the group-wide picture rather than the local site you’re targeting.

Company Insights are available on Strategist and Oracle plans.

  • Researching a target client before a sales conversation
  • Spotting “open to outreach” pools via high-attrition companies
  • Mapping competitive talent flow in a vertical
  • Tracking workforce trends in an industry or region
  • Validating a hiring market before promising a client a timeline
