Save and reuse a search with Saved Filters
A reusable search saved under a clear name, ready to re-run with all criteria preserved.

Outcome
Section titled “Outcome”Searches you run often, saved and re-runnable in one click, with no rebuilding.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- An active search with criteria applied
Save a new search
Section titled “Save a new search”- Run your search and adjust filters until results look right.
- Click
Save(orSave filter). - Enter a clear name (e.g. “Senior Python Devs Belgium”) and confirm.

Reload a saved filter
Section titled “Reload a saved filter”- Click
Saved Filterson the dashboard. - Click the filter you want. The system reapplies all criteria and re-runs.
Edit a saved filter
Section titled “Edit a saved filter”- Load it, then modify any criteria in the filter panel.

Update existingto overwrite, orSave as newfor a separate entry.
Verification
Section titled “Verification”The filter appears in your Saved Filters list. On reload, every original criterion shows in the filter panel.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Results differ from last time. The database refreshes in real time. New profiles match, others changed jobs and dropped out. Expected behavior.
- Save button grayed out. Apply at least one filter first; an empty search can’t be saved.
- Can’t find a saved filter. Saved filters are per-user. [GAP: confirm whether they can be shared across team members on Strategist/Oracle.]
