Save and reuse a search with Saved Filters

A reusable search saved under a clear name, ready to re-run with all criteria preserved.

CLIENT-ONLY · How-To

Searches you run often, saved and re-runnable in one click, with no rebuilding.

  • An active search with criteria applied
  1. Run your search and adjust filters until results look right.
  2. Click Save (or Save filter).
  3. Enter a clear name (e.g. “Senior Python Devs Belgium”) and confirm.

  1. Click Saved Filters on the dashboard.
  2. Click the filter you want. The system reapplies all criteria and re-runs.
  1. Load it, then modify any criteria in the filter panel.
  2. Click Save again.
  3. Choose Update existing to overwrite, or Save as new for a separate entry.

The filter appears in your Saved Filters list. On reload, every original criterion shows in the filter panel.

  • Results differ from last time. The database refreshes in real time. New profiles match, others changed jobs and dropped out. Expected behavior.
  • Save button grayed out. Apply at least one filter first; an empty search can’t be saved.
  • Can’t find a saved filter. Saved filters are per-user. [GAP: confirm whether they can be shared across team members on Strategist/Oracle.]
