If you’ve just run a search and you’re looking at hundreds of candidates wondering where to start, Projects is the feature that bridges “searched” and “reached out to.”

Searching gives you a long list. Outreach needs a short one. Projects bridge the two.

Without a project, recruiters fall back on spreadsheets and browser tabs, none of which carry the candidate’s profile data with them. So the same lookup work gets done twice. Projects keep the full profile, refresh it in real time, and put the AI Co-pilot’s screening right where the shortlist lives.

How it works

Create a project, then add candidates from any search, one by one or in bulk (up to 200 at a time). Every row carries the candidate’s full data: experience, skills, education, contact details once revealed, notes, and any Co-pilot work you’ve run.

The view is yours to shape: hide, reorder, pin, and sort columns to match how you screen. From inside the project you can:

  • Run the AI Co-pilot to assess candidates against custom criteria (Intelligence Columns)
  • Use presets for common signals: career summary, open to work, likely to switch
  • Reveal contact information in bulk
  • Push qualified profiles into an outreach campaign or your ATS

Profiles get refreshed data when added, so you work from current information, not last week’s snapshot.

Project capacity depends on your plan: Hunter includes 3 per user, Strategist and Oracle are unlimited.
