Omni-channel outreach in Wiggli Intelligence
Multi-step sequences that reach candidates across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, run from the same platform you sourced them in.
PUBLIC · Feature Overview
This is where the workflow pays off. You’ve found and shortlisted the right people; outreach is how you turn that into actual conversations.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”Cold outreach on one channel rarely lands. Recruiters who get replies mix touch points: an email today, a LinkedIn request in three days, a WhatsApp message after that. Coordinating that across three tools is painful, and the moment a candidate replies somewhere, you have to remember to stop the rest.
Wiggli runs all three channels from one sequence. When a candidate replies on any channel, the whole campaign auto-stops for that person. And unlike most sourcing tools, which end at “here’s the email address,” Wiggli takes you to “they replied.”
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Build a campaign by adding steps. Each step is one action:
- Send email
- Send LinkedIn message or connection request
- Visit LinkedIn profile (warm-up)
- Send WhatsApp message
- Send voice message
- A/B variant split
Set the delay between steps. Sequences combine channels freely: three emails, then a LinkedIn message if no reply, then WhatsApp.
For email, connect your Gmail or Outlook so messages come from your professional inbox. AI can draft content and improve subject-line open rates. Variables personalize each message.
When you’re ready, add candidates from any search or project. Campaigns start OFF by default, so you build and review before going live. Replies land in your connected inbox. Analytics show delivery, open, reply, and unsubscribe rates per step.
Channels depend on plan: Hunter unlocks Gmail and Outlook. Strategist and Oracle add LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and SMS.
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”- Cold outreach to passive candidates (the standard headhunting case)
- Re-engaging your existing talent pool
- Business development to prospect companies
- Newsletter-style updates to your network
Wiggli paces sends to protect your sender reputation. That’s deliberate. The goal is delivered messages, not just sent ones.
