Reveal candidate contact information
Verified email and phone for a candidate, attached to their profile and visible to your workspace. Credits are deducted the moment a provider returns a match.
CLIENT-ONLY · How-To
Outcome
Section titled “Outcome”Verified email and/or phone number attached to a candidate’s profile, ready for outreach.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- An active credit balance
- The candidate selected in a search result or project
Single candidate
Section titled “Single candidate”- Open the profile and go to the
Contacttab. - Choose what you want: email or phone. Each is its own waterfall with its own credit cost (phone is more expensive than email).
- Click
Reveal. - Wiggli runs the waterfall. As soon as a provider returns a hit, the credits are deducted and the contact is shown.
- From there:
- If the provider returned multiple options (for example, two phone numbers), use
Saveto mark a primary contact. - Click
Keep searchingto run the remaining providers. If one of them also returns data, another set of credits is deducted.
- If the provider returned multiple options (for example, two phone numbers), use

Bulk from a project
Section titled “Bulk from a project”- Open the project and select profiles with the checkboxes.
- Click
Reveal contacts. - Wiggli runs the waterfall on each profile. Credits are deducted as matches are found.
- Review the summary (how many emails and phones found). Profiles where the waterfall returned nothing cost nothing.
- To fill only the gaps in a project, use the play button on the contact column header and pick
Search missing: it runs the waterfall only for profiles that don’t have that contact type yet, so you never pay twice for profiles already revealed.
Verification
Section titled “Verification”The Contact tab shows the revealed details, visible to anyone in the workspace from now on. Settings, Wallet spend history logs each deduction with the profile name and contact type. Profiles with no result are marked Not found and cost zero credits.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- “Not found” for someone clearly public. Some profiles aren’t in any provider. The candidate may genuinely have no data accessible through the waterfall.
- Charged unexpectedly. Check spend history; every deduction shows the profile and contact type. If it doesn’t match a contact on the profile, contact support.
- Reveal grayed out. Check your plan. Phone needs Hunter or above; the Explorer trial covers email only.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Reveal in bulk from inside a project, not one by one. Faster, with a clear cost summary upfront.
- Decide in advance whether you need phone numbers. They cost more than emails. Skip them for email-only campaigns.
- First hit usually does the job. Keep searching is there when you suspect the data is stale or you want a second source, but each additional hit costs another set of credits.
- Reveal after you’ve shortlisted, to keep costs predictable. Revealing on a long unfiltered list spends credits on profiles you may never contact.
- Revealed contacts are permanent and workspace-wide. A colleague hitting the same candidate later doesn’t pay to see them again.
