Managing your wallet, balance, and spend history

Your credit balance, recent spending, where credits went, and how to top up.

CLIENT-ONLY · How-To

A clear view of your balance and spend, with the ability to top up.

  • Wallet access (Owner, Super Admin, or Admin with billing permissions)
  1. Go to Settings, Wallet. The current balance shows at the top.

  1. Scroll to the spend history table. Each line shows date, candidate, contact type (email or phone), the provider that matched, the user who triggered it, and the credit cost.
  2. Filter by date, user, or action type.
  1. Click Top up. [GAP: confirm exact label and available bundle sizes.]
  2. Choose a bundle and complete payment. Credits are added immediately.

The balance updates immediately after a top-up. Spend history shows every deduction with full attribution. Monthly included credits reset on the first of each billing month (Hunter, Strategist, Oracle).

  • Balance low, but I didn’t use much. Check spend history to see who consumed credits. Set credit limits if a team shares the workspace.
  • Unexpected deduction. Open the entry and verify candidate and action. If it doesn’t match, contact support.
  • Monthly credits didn’t reset. Resets happen on the first of the billing month. If yours didn’t, contact support.
  • Top-up not reflected. Refresh. If still missing, forward the payment confirmation to support.
  • Review spend history weekly during heavy sourcing.
  • Watch cost per contact type. Phone reveals cost more than email.
  • First hit usually does the job. Each additional hit from Keep searching is another set of credits. Given we find something.
  • Reveal after you’ve shortlisted, to keep spend predictable.
  • Set credit limits if multiple recruiters share the workspace.
