If Company Insights is the company-level view of your market, Talent Discovery is the people-level one. Same searches you already run, now telling you what the market looks like behind them.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”Every search returns more than a list of people. It returns a picture of a talent market. Talent Discovery turns the candidate set into intelligence you can use to refine the search or brief a client.
What it shows
Section titled “What it shows”Talent Discovery aggregates the candidates returned by your current search into four panels:
Geographical distribution
Section titled “Geographical distribution”Where matching candidates are located, by country, region, and city.
Top companies
Section titled “Top companies”Which companies employ the largest share, with count and percentage.
Educational institutions
Section titled “Educational institutions”Which schools produced the largest share of the pool.
Skills
Section titled “Skills”The most common skills, ranked by frequency.
Each panel has a See all button opening a paginated detailed view with the complete data, sortable by count or percentage.
How recruiters use it
Section titled “How recruiters use it”- Sourcing strategy. If 14% of your matches sit at two companies, those are priority targets for outreach.
- Client-facing intelligence. Show a client the geographic spread and top employers of their target pool. Evidence that the talent exists, where it sits, and who they’re competing with.
- Filter refinement. If a big share studied at schools you weren’t considering, add them and tighten the search.
- Niche pools. The Skills panel shows whether a rare combination is well-represented or genuinely scarce, so you can plan the timeline.
