Dashboard and Searching methods

The search dashboard, the entry points to start a search, and how to move from results to a refined search.

CLIENT-ONLY · How-To

Confidence navigating the search dashboard and choosing the right way to start any search.

The search dashboard is the home page of Wiggli Intelligence. It holds:

  • A search input with the tagline “Search smarter. Hire faster.”
  • Three entry tabs: Smart Prompt, Similar profile, Manual Filter
  • Filter chips below the input (Job title, Company, Skills, Location, Industry, Language)
  • A Saved filters button to recall previous searches
  • A paperclip icon (bottom left) to upload a JD or CV
  • A microphone to dictate a Smart Prompt by voice
  • A Find talents button to run the search

A plain-language description of the role. Type it, or click the mic to dictate it by voice. Wiggli extracts job title, skills, location, industry, and language automatically. Fastest path to results.

Upload an example CV (.doc, .docx, .pdf). Wiggli finds candidates with comparable backgrounds. Use when you have a reference hire.

The full structured filter set: job titles, companies, exclusions, skills, location, industries, schools, certifications, years of experience, languages, and Boolean keyword search. Use when you know exactly what you want.

Inside Smart Prompt, you can describe the role out loud instead of typing. Click the microphone, speak your search the way you’d brief a colleague, and Wiggli transcribes it straight into the prompt. From there it works exactly like a typed Smart Prompt: the system extracts the criteria and fills the filters, which you can review and adjust.

Useful when you’re thinking out loud, working on mobile, or briefing a complex role faster than you’d type it.

Results appear as candidate cards showing title, company, location, experience, and key skills. By default you see 8 profiles per page; the selector at the bottom right raises that to 16 or 24. From here you can:

  • Click a card to open the full profile
  • Refine filters in the side panel and re-run
  • Save the current search as a Saved Filter
  • Select candidates with checkboxes for bulk actions (add to project, reveal contacts, add to ATS). The action bar stays pinned at the bottom while you select, so there’s no scrolling back up to act on a long selection
  • Switch search methods without losing your filters
  • Start broad, then narrow. See what the database returns before tightening.
  • Seed with a Smart Prompt, then switch to Manual Filter to fine-tune.
  • Save promising searches so you can re-run them as new candidates appear.
