Setting credit limits (monthly and per-user)
Credit spending capped at the workspace or per-user level, keeping monthly costs predictable and preventing surprises.

Outcome
Section titled “Outcome”Credit spend capped where you want it, with notifications before limits hit.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Owner or Super Admin access
- Multiple users (per-user limits matter most for teams)
Workspace monthly limit
Section titled “Workspace monthly limit”- Go to
Settings, Wallet. - Scroll down
- Set a monthly ceiling for the workspace.
- Choose behavior at the limit: block further reveals, or notify but allow.
- Save.
Per-user limits
Section titled “Per-user limits”- In the same section, open per-user settings.
- Set each user’s monthly cap and save.

Verification
Section titled “Verification”Limits show on the user list. At the cap, reveals are blocked if you chose that option.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- User can’t reveal despite a workspace balance. Their per-user limit may be reached.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Set the workspace limit slightly above your monthly allocation, so top-ups stay deliberate.
- Solo recruiters rarely need per-user limits. Teams of 3+ usually do, to stop one person burning the shared balance.
- Pair limits with monthly spend reviews. Limits prevent surprises, reviews prevent waste.
- Tell the team before enabling limits; a blocked reveal mid-sourcing surprises people.
