Outcome

Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- A professional email address
- Access to your inbox to confirm
- Go to the Wiggli Intelligence sign-up page.
- Enter first name, last name, work email, and a password. Submit.
- Open your inbox. Look for an email from
no-reply@wiggli.io, subjectConfirm Your Account. - If it’s not there in a few minutes, check spam or junk.
- Click
Confirm My Email. - The confirmation page shows “Your Email Address Has Been Confirmed.”
- Click
Sign into start.

Verification
Section titled “Verification”The confirmation page appears, and you can sign in with your email and password. First sign-in lands on the dashboard with prompts to complete your personal and company info.
Your trial and upgrading
Section titled “Your trial and upgrading”A new account starts on a 7-day trial of the Explorer plan: 1 user, up to 3 Sourcing Agent conversations, and a limited set of Intelligence Columns. Enough to run the full workflow on a real vacancy before you commit.
To upgrade: go to Plans and billings, pick a plan, and link a card. Payment runs through Stripe, and the account upgrades automatically after checkout. The same page handles cancellation, payment method changes, and billing history.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- No confirmation email. Check spam, then click
We can resend iton the confirmation page. - Link expired. Contact Wiggli support.
- “Email already in use.” An account exists. Use password recovery on the sign-in page.
Best practices

- Complete your personal and company info before inviting users.
