Add profiles to an outreach campaign

Target candidates added to a campaign, ready to receive the sequence once it’s turned on.

CLIENT-ONLY · How-To

A list of recipients in a campaign, ready to start when you toggle it on.

  • A campaign in Draft or Off
  • Profiles with revealed contact info (email/WhatsApp) or LinkedIn URLs (LinkedIn steps)
  1. Run a search and select profiles (bulk caps: Hunter 100, Strategist 250, Oracle 500).
  2. Click Add to campaign, choose the campaign, confirm.
  1. Open the project and filter to your shortlist.
  2. Select profiles, click Add to campaign, choose the campaign, confirm.
  1. Open the profile, click Add to campaign, choose the campaign.

When adding profiles to a campaign with email steps, you pick which email type the campaign targets: personal or work. That choice is locked for those recipients once added. Personal is the norm for candidate outreach, work for business development. A recipient who only has the other type stored will wait at the email step until the matching type is revealed, so match the choice to the data your list actually has.

The campaign’s Recipients tab shows the added profiles. Profiles missing contact info prompt you to reveal first or are skipped. Duplicates are prevented automatically.

  • “No email available.” Reveal contact info first. See Reveal candidate contact information.
  • “Duplicate detected.” Already in the campaign. Wiggli prevents adding twice.
  • Want to reuse another campaign’s recipients? Recipients don’t copy between campaigns. Go back to the source project, filter, and add from there.
  • “Campaign at capacity.” Some plans cap recipients per campaign.
  • Profile in another active campaign. [GAP: confirm whether this is blocked, warned, or allowed.]
  • Add to a project, qualify with the Co-pilot, then add the clean shortlist to the campaign. Skipping the project step usually means worse reply rates.
  • Reveal in bulk from the project, not one by one. Then ask the Co-pilot to filter out profiles without the email type your campaign needs, and enroll only that set: everyone you add can actually receive step one.
  • LinkedIn steps need no reveal at all; the profile is enough.
  • LinkedIn-only campaigns need no email; the LinkedIn URL is enough.
  • Double-check campaign content before adding 200 recipients. Pause is recoverable; a bad send isn’t.
