An AI-powered sourcing platform that helps recruiters find, qualify, and reach talent across 850M+ profiles. See What is Wiggli Intelligence for the full overview.

What’s the difference between Wiggli Intelligence and Wiggli Core?

Section titled “What’s the difference between Wiggli Intelligence and Wiggli Core?”

Two connected platforms with different jobs. Intelligence is the sourcing tool: you proactively find candidates, reveal their contact details, and run outreach. Core is your base of operations, the ATS and CRM where you create vacancies, manage candidates and contacts, and run your pipeline. They connect: source a profile in Intelligence and push it straight under a vacancy in Core, full profile and all. Most teams live in both, Intelligence to fill the top of the funnel, Core to run everything after.

How is it different from LinkedIn Recruiter?

Section titled “How is it different from LinkedIn Recruiter?”

LinkedIn Recruiter is search and InMail limited to LinkedIn’s network. Wiggli aggregates public data from many sources, surfaces verified contact info through 20+ providers, and adds multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), AI-assisted qualification, and ATS integration in one workspace.

Does Wiggli connect to LinkedIn to find candidates?

Section titled “Does Wiggli connect to LinkedIn to find candidates?”

No, and this is worth being clear about, because it comes up a lot. Search runs entirely on Wiggli’s own data, aggregated from many public sources and refreshed in real time. There’s no data link to LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter, so a signal that lives only inside LinkedIn (the recruiter-side open to work flag, for example) isn’t visible in Wiggli. The reach is deliberately wider than one network. The only LinkedIn connection is for outreach: once you connect your account, campaigns send profile visits, connection requests, messages, and InMails from it. That connection sends actions out. It doesn’t pull candidate data back into search.

How is it different from sourcing tools like Juicebox or Apollo?

Section titled “How is it different from sourcing tools like Juicebox or Apollo?”

Most sourcing tools end at “here’s the email address.” Wiggli covers the whole workflow: search, AI shortlisting, contact enrichment, multi-channel outreach, and ATS integration. One subscription replaces a stack of 3-5 tools.

No. Smart Prompt lets you describe roles in plain language. Boolean is there for power users, but optional.

Four: Explorer (free, for validation), Hunter (solo operators, email outreach), Strategist (teams, full multi-channel outreach), and Oracle (enterprise, custom credits, dedicated manager, native CRM and ATS integration). See the pricing page for current details.

Credits are deducted the moment a data provider returns a contact match. Email and phone are separate waterfalls with separate credit costs (phone is more expensive). Search, projects, AI Co-pilot, and outreach don’t consume credits. See Understanding credits and what consumes them for the full mechanic.

Native integration is available with the Wiggli ATS on Strategist and Oracle. You’ll also find a long list of other ATS’s where we integrate with.

Yes. Explorer is a one-week full trial with 50 one-time credits, email access during the trial, and 1 active project.

In your connected inbox (Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), not in the in-app notification center. Replies belong in the inbox you live in.

Can I filter results by data source, or see only people who aren’t on LinkedIn?

Section titled “Can I filter results by data source, or see only people who aren’t on LinkedIn?”

No, and that’s a consequence of how profiles are built: each one is an aggregation of multiple public sources merged into a single record, so there’s no per-source filter. The external profiles section on a profile shows you where its data came from for any individual candidate.

Why does a profile show two different locations?

Section titled “Why does a profile show two different locations?”

The location under a work experience entry is the employer’s headquarters (a lab technician at Henkel shows Düsseldorf). The candidate’s own location sits at the top of the profile, and that’s the one every location filter uses. HQ location never affects your search.

Section titled “A LinkedIn link on a profile doesn’t open. Is the profile fake?”

No. The usual causes are a candidate who changed their custom LinkedIn URL, a closed account, or a profile that was never LinkedIn-based to begin with (check the source icon under external profiles). The vast majority of links resolve; a dead one says something about that URL, not about the profile data.

Can I import my own candidate database into Intelligence?

Section titled “Can I import my own candidate database into Intelligence?”

Intelligence is built for discovering talent you don’t have yet; your existing pool lives in your ATS. To avoid approaching people you already know, connect your ATS so known candidates carry the Already in ATS tag, or export from Intelligence and deduplicate in your own system.

Does changing the interface language change my results?

Section titled “Does changing the interface language change my results?”

No. The language toggle translates the UI only. Searches, filters, and results are identical in every interface language.
